Véronique and Denis Dessaint welcome you to the heart of Florac in Lozère, in an old house that has been converted into a restaurant and bed & breakfast. The innovative chef serves local specialties on the menu and à la carte, and cooks local produce such as Pélardon, Bleu des Causses and trout. Nous avons poussé la porte pour réserver une table pour le lendemain; l'hôte nous a sèchement reçus , étonné que la porte soit ouverte, nous disant qu'il n'avait pas le temps de prendre la réservation et de téléphoner le lendemain matin ( NB :le carnet était ouvert devant nous,)! Très désagréable !!
