LA FERME DES CÉVENNES
Bed and breakfast of character to discover the exceptional environment of the Cevennes.
The farm is open to holidaymakers, allowing them to discover the daily life of a goat farm and the exceptional environment of the Cévennes. The guest rooms have character, as does the rest of the house, and it's in a friendly atmosphere that you can enjoy the products you'll find from breakfast to dinner: honey, jams, cheeses, vegetables and cold meats. You can also visit the farm, the cheese dairy or the eco-museum. A wide range of workshops for young and old are on offer to make your stay as exciting as possible.

The room was very spacious (we're a family of 5), beds were good, bathroom had all the necessities and we even had a table and a couch.
The environment is amazing, staff was kind, easy parking. It's a very rustique kind of place so if you're not hung up on impeccable hygiene or modern luxuries, i would definitely recommend. We are actually considering going back next year.
We didn't make use of the breakfast arrangements but did go to dinner. You will not go to bed hungry. It's a communal style concept, so you set your own table and get your own food and drinks and it was very good, definitely recommend.
Air conditioning isn't in the room because it's not needed. You're higher up so the air is cool enough to sleep with an open window.
I should say though that i'm somebody who's prepared for everything and did do my research before arriving.
So I would like to advise following:
- there's no fridge or cooler in the room, bring one (coolbox) on electricity if you have one and if you (like us) keep food and drinks in your room for your trips during te day.
- bring your own trashbags, it's not provided in the room
- just fyi, they are not producing cheese at the moment, so if that's something you're hoping to see, you might get disappointed at the moment.
- also, for those for whom it's important. Would not recommend for wheelchair... or stroller.
