MAISON SAUVETERRE
For over fifteen years, Bienmanger.com has been sharing its good picks in local products from all over the world on its online shop. The start-up from Lozère is now coming to the table with its own range of delicatessen products. Called Maison Sauveterre, a reference to the Causse of the same name where it is located, this gourmet palette is designed in collaboration with local producers, craftsmen or beekeepers. On the menu: the great French gastronomic traditions, foie gras from the South-West, spreads as in Brittany, confits, terrines and rillettes, ready meals and some sweets for the sweet beaks (especially honey harvested in Lozère). As sandwiches for aperitifs, on the Sunday meal table, at breakfast or at snack time, these products have in common the know-how, quality, taste and pleasure. Maison Sauveterre claims to be a "creator of gourmet moments".
