The Aulas family's farm, located in a remote and charming village, raises and processes ducks and ostriches. The store, located below the house, is well worth a visit: a long vaulted room displaying tins of pâtés, rillettes, stuffed necks, foies gras and stuffed aiguillettes, dried duck breast or duck sausages, as well as ostrich pâtés and ready-made meals. The welcome is warm and friendly, and you'll be delighted to fill your basket. Sylvain, who now runs the farm and trained as a chef, also organizes farmhouse meals.
