AUX SAVEURS D'AUTRE FOIE

Located on the Causse de Sauveterre in Lozère, Aux Saveurs d'Autre Foie is a foie gras producer that has been welcoming visitors to the village of La Tieule since 1991. They raise fattened ducks and ostriches, which they transform into a variety of farm products. Their specialties include ostrich pâté with juniper berries, duck paste with foie gras, stuffed neck, duck foie gras, cassoulet and duck rillettes.
