AUX SAVEURS D'AUTRE FOIE
Located on the Causse de Sauveterre in Lozère, Aux Saveurs d'Autre Foie is a foie gras producer that has been welcoming visitors to the village of La Tieule since 1991. They raise fattened ducks and ostriches, which they transform into a variety of farm products. Their specialties include ostrich pâté with juniper berries, duck paste with foie gras, stuffed neck, duck foie gras, cassoulet and duck rillettes. They also offer free tours for individuals during the summer, as well as group tours by prior arrangement. In addition to ducks and ostriches, the farm is also home to llamas and sheep.
