In Langogne, near the banks of the Allier, Sébastien Favier and his team have set up La Table de Bistou. Next to the train station, this restaurant-bar is one of the great gourmet stops in northern Lozère. The house specialty is calf's head, a dish clearly worth the trip. You'll also appreciate the charcuterie, the excellent selection of cheeses on the platter and the gourmet desserts. Of particular note is the extensive wine list, featuring Pommard and Vosne Romanée. Menu prices are equally remarkable. Delicious, warm and generous!

Accueil très froid
À l'extérieur différents menus affichés mais le serveur nous dit qu'il n'y a que le menu du jour mais il ne dit pas de quoi il est composé SURPRISE !!
Carottes râpées avec un oeuf poché
Rosbeef (ultra cuit donc immangeable) avec des pdt (pas fraîches mais sous vide)
Beau plateau de fromages pour enfin manger un peu
Crêpe servie nature et sans couverts donc j' ai mangé avec les doigts
Service hyper speed sans aucunes attentions ni même un petit mot gentil (bon appétit !)
Après 2h de route je me suis retrouvée dans une mauvaise cantine
Étant venu plusieurs fois et toujours satisfaite là j' ai pris une douche froide
Je ne vous recommanderais plus et je ne reviendrai pas
