This bakery offers a wide selection of breads, with some 15 varieties, as well as classic and more inventive pastries, such as the flamand, an almond and blueberry cookie. Arnaud Gérinte has also created a bread specially designed to accompany local gastronomy, such as sausages, maoches, manouls, charcuterie and cheeses. His creation, the Langonaise, is a baguette combining malted wheat and rye sourdough, which gives it its light acidity.
