Surrounded by woods, Christine and Patrick Priotto's restaurant is a gastronomic stopover in this corner of the Cévennes. The chef offers you a refined cuisine, where everything is homemade, with a preference for the region's farm producers, and where you follow the rhythm of the seasons. Served in the beautiful room with its blond wooden ceiling or on the shaded terrace, close to nature, the tempting menus change regularly according to the season and the market. They include the mushroom cake served warm with crayfish sauce, the trilogy of braised local pork with onion confit, the Lozère ewe's bush with raw ham crumbs, local cheeses and homemade desserts.

Pour vous dire : nous prévoyons notre heure de départ de Marseille pour passer à l'heure du déjeuner ou du dîner devant le restaurant.
