Since 1996, Stéphanie Tuffery and her husband Florent have run Gaec des Sources, a farm located in Malzieu-Forain, in northern Lozère. Nestled at an altitude of 1,000 meters in the Margeride hills, the farm raises suckler cows, dairy ewes and goats. Ewe's milk is transformed into tommes, faisselles, milk jam and yoghurts, while goat's milk is used to make tommes and small cheeses called "Cabicous de Mialanette". On-site sales, but call before you come!
