This building is one of the most interesting and oldest Romanesque churches in the Cevennes
Isolated in a small valley, about one kilometer from the village, it is one of the most interesting and oldest Romanesque churches in the Cevennes. It was abandoned in favor of the one in the new village, and was only home to chickens when a zealous amateur had it listed as a Historic Monument in 1955. In 1973, it was equipped with modern stained glass windows by Ursula Hirsh.
