On either side of the Jonte river, straddling the departments of Lozère and Aveyron, the Hotel Doussière consists of two buildings looking out over the river. Sixteen rooms, each of which enjoys the murmur of the waters, share the premises. They skillfully combine warm decoration and the comfort of family homes to create a feeling of ease and tranquility. A shaped space with a whirlpool bath and jet shower, which extends outside, with a romantic garden, completes this already attractive picture.

une étape incontournable
Motard pour les balades, j'ai découvert par hasard ce lieu. Il est très bien situé à proximité des gorges du Tarn de la Jonque. C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. pour les motos, le garage gratuit, pour nous le jacuzzi, les mets délicieux et le repos pour récupérer.
A conseiller à tous, même si vous n'êtes pas motard.

The discovery of our summer from the Lozère. You had spoken us to the last year we went this year. The Alicanta it is an important moment of gastro at very good price. Fresh produce from the corner with recipes " revisitées" (terme trendy I know...) service and explanations dishes nickel. A starter and main course and very affordable dessert (26€). To offer a wine list with a few extra half-bottles would be one more of the fine selection already presented.

This price, we have to remember it never have dined: attentive service smiling and pleasant setting, stylish kitchen, anchored in the products always but with modernity and inventive. It is beautiful, it is good, sometimes even large. Right textures and weddings, cooking, everything is provided: the chef has an amazing technical mastery. Pleasure and taste. Unbeatable value (17th, but it would be a shame not to take the menu €23). A table and a highly recommended.
