Muriel set up her farm gradually, increasing the number of her hives. Today, she has 200 organic hives, some of which are installed on different sites depending on the season. Her crus include chestnut and callune heather honey, as well as honey from the Causses, mountain honey and a divine spring honey. She also makes excellent gingerbread from her bees' production. An enthusiast of the short circuit, she sells direct from the farm by appointment, as well as in Mende.
