Nestled on the southern slope of the Aubrac, a little away from the usual itineraries, the small village of the Hermaux is worth a visit. As much for the beauty of the site as by this small family institution, rendez-vous Sunday lovers of the traditional good chère. The reception here is a family case: There is no round of legs, but a natural simplicity in harmony with good housekeeping. Local trout and charcuteries invite you to your table, while the Aligot family's Aligot (4 generations to the bar since the s) could be among the best of the Aubrac. Above, the single rooms are equally welcoming, with good comfort (telephone, terrace). The area has extensive documentation to discover the surroundings.

Beautiful establishment run for four generations in a typical village of Lozère with its Losse blankets and stone houses. Ideal for quiet, hiking and far from the noise of the city, with all the birdsong. Guaranteed relaxation. The rooms are comfortable. Very friendly young owners and listening to the customer. Do not forget the famous aligot house making the reputation of the establishment and which everyone can enjoy as well as various very hearty dishes, artisanal charcuterie, cheese etc......
