Raw ham from the assembly, homemade pork liver pâté and good local cheeses make up a typical, gourmet and tasty meal. Lieu exceptionnel avec vue magnifique sur l'Aubrac et un Aligo sublime.
Pensez à réserver quelques jours avant pour avoir de la place.

Dans la continuité des anciens propriétaires et c'est une excellente nouvelle ! Très bonne charcuterie et le top de l'aligot. Bonne idée sur le plateau de fromages plus individualisé et toujours la coupe de fruits pour finir léger ! Pour 18e ... imbattable ! Service aimable et souriant. Petite marche sur l'Aubrac ensuite ... Que du bonheur !
