HARAS DE GINESTOUX
The Haras de Ginestoux, located in the commune of Les Salces in the Aubrac Regional Nature Park, is an equine farm offering a variety of activities. You can discover a breeding program for Ardennais and Akhal Téké draught horses, as well as a herd of Angora goats. The stud also has a breeding center and offers horse boarding. On site, you'll find a farm store where you can buy cosmetics and other products made from mare's milk, known as Art de Lait, as well as a range of products made from mohair wool from the Angora goat herd, called Mohair de l'Aubrac. You can also visit the farm and discover the different herds, getting up close and personal with the animals. Guided tours last between 3/4 and 1 hour and vary according to the season. The stud farm is open daily until approx. 6:00/6:30 pm and at weekends from 10:00 am to midday and from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
