On the road to the gorges, this Grillon is one of the most animated places in the Vignes. With its outdoor bar, installed on the banks of the Tarn, the place has the air of a guinguette. In summer, the grills, made in front of your eyes, are made on wood fire. Inevitably, duck breast, local sausage, beef and even pérail (a sheep cheese) take on an incomparable flavor. The buffet of cold starters (raw vegetables and cold cuts) allows everyone to compose a customized menu. The hotel also offers double and family rooms.
