Originally from Paris, this owner settled in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, in a historic building that has seen many eras: post office, gas station, nightclub, cinema, pizzeria... Today, the establishment offers a dozen rooms, decorated with antiques, as well as a restaurant with three atmospheres: a convivial dining room and two terraces. Keen to promote the region, the chef favors local producers. As a result, the daily menu, homemade from starter to dessert, reflects the flavors of the region.

Un petit coin de tranquillité sur les bords du Tarn. L'hôtel est coincé au fond de la vallée surplombé par la montagne. Une vue magnifique en ouvrant les fenêtres de la chambre. La nourriture est excellente avec de très bons produits, parfait pour débuter ou finir sa journée de randonnée.
