This Parisian is located in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, in a charming old building which has known several lives: post office, petrol pump, nightclub, cinema, pizzeria... Today, the establishment welcomes about ten luminous rooms, decorated with antique objects, and a restaurant, which has three different atmospheres: a warm room and two terraces. Aware of the richness of his territory, the chef favours nearby producers to stock up on supplies... The menu of the day is thus home-made from the starter to the dessert.

Avoir mangé du gigot d'agneau sur recommandation du service. Malheureusement, c'était aussi du gigot d'agneau et pratiquement pas de viande. Après que nous ayons signalé cela, rien n'a été fait à ce sujet. Vous pouvez également faire quelque chose pour les vêtements du service. Bref, non.

Nous avons eu un délicieux repas ici il y a quelques jours en nous relaxant sur la terrasse. Le serveur nous a patiemment expliqué la terminologie culinaire du menu. La truite était tendre avec beaucoup d'amandes croquantes et les pommes de terre étaient particulièrement savoureuses. Mais le fenouil, c'était extraordinairement délicieux. Je n'ai jamais mangé un fenouil aussi délicieux. Cela a laissé une impression si durable que j'ai même fait frire du fenouil dans une poêle aujourd'hui. ???? En fait, je n'avais choisi qu'une entrée et un plat, mais comme tout était vraiment délicieux, j'étais quand même curieuse de connaître le dessert. ???? Aussi très savoureux. C'est une bonne adresse !!
