A few kilometres from Langogne, this family business, created in 1948 by Jean and Marius Rissoan, offers a whole range of local cheese made from cow's milk. Firmly rooted in the terroir, well distributed in good outlets, its production has evocative names: fourmette de Luc, petit risso, sourire lozérien, tomme de Lozère (30% and 50% fat), estelou and beurre du chalet. Enough to fill your basket and taste an irreproachable quality, carrying high the tastes of the Lozerian soil. To be found in the direct sales shop, very tempting.
