LE RELAIS DE PRINSUEJOLS
Restaurant serving local dishes and pizzas on the way to Santiago.
This small inn in the foothills of the Aubrac on the Route de Saint-Jacques (GR®65) welcomes hikers and riders in a friendly atmosphere. Local dishes, pizzas and fondues take pride of place at the table of the Relais de Prinsuéjols, an obligatory stopover before going to sleep, as the rooms and the gîte do not have a self-catering kitchen. On the other side of the street, the gîtes and dormitories are waiting for you for a well-deserved rest (sheets and blankets are provided and included in the price). Donkeys and horses are welcome in the meadow.
