In the purest tradition of traditional local inns, this address offers its culinary specialties in a pretty farmhouse 6 km from Nasbinals: people come here for the Aubrac fondues, with meat or cheese. The inn also serves themed gourmet plates (Aubrac, pig, duck and trout) and, of course, Aubrac meat and aligot... All good and generous. The cheese board is the perfect ambassador for the region, and the desserts are homemade. An authentic address that is unanimously acclaimed!

Il est rare de trouver des endroits comme celui-ci... oû le terroir local est aussi parfaitement mis en valeur... les plats sont esquis, l'accueil est apaisant et très précis. Une pur bonheur d'avoir passer un repas dans cette auberge. A faire et refaire.
