The products of the cattle farm - 80 mothers of the Aubrac breed - are on direct sale and can be tasted at the buron restaurant with other local ingredients.

L'aligot et le plateau de charcuterie sont succulent, les serveuses sont très gentille et le jeune serveur (peut être en formation) est très serviable et connait se qu'il propose !
