On the edge of the park of the Château de Carrière, the Auberge has moved into the former stables of the estate, a kind of Petit Trianon in Lozère style. Eric and Aurélie have recently taken over this place dedicated to the pleasures of the palate, in a very contemporary and chic spirit. The menu is regularly renewed because the chef, Arnaud, only works with fresh produce and offers a delicious local cuisine. As a starter, a marbled foie gras with sweet onions and to follow the rack of lamb cannelloni of cabbage, served for the delight of your taste buds.

Les plats sont très bons et jolis avec énormément de saveurs. Les plats sont très recherchés !
Je conseille le tiramisu pêche abricot et le moelleux avec le coulis au fruit de la passion qui se marie parfaitement avec le chocolat.
Si jamais vous voulez passer une soirée agréable je vous recommande fortement !
