At the entrance to Mende, Didier Decugis welcomes us to his Barresto, a brasserie and pizzeria in one. This gourmet address boasts a modern industrial decor in a large air-conditioned space with a second floor. The à la carte menu includes a Lozère menu, a plate of charcuterie, Aubrac meat, a salad and a tasty pizza. A new feature is the installation of a wood-fired pizza oven. Also on the menu are gambas flambéed in cognac and cod roasted in aïoli. For dessert, enjoy a tart of the day.
