Astrid and Jérémie opened this address in early 2023, on Mende's main square. They take turns behind the stove, one month cooking, the other the next. The menu features local produce and homemade dishes. In monsieur's month, you'll enjoy a beef cheek in sauce with vegetables. When it's Madame's turn, you'll enjoy a vegetable risotto. There's always a vegetarian option. Sunday is brunch, and you can reserve your table online. A revolution in Mende!

A tester sans hésiter si vous passez par Mende.
On a hâte d'être à notre prochaine réservation avec les enfants.
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.
Qui dit local, dit choix restreint (pas de carte mais un menu entrée/plat ou plat/dessert avec deux choix, à savoir pour les difficiles comme moi!) et des portions un peu mesurées, eut égard à l'addition.
Malgré cela, l'endroit mérite des éloges et vaut le détour.
