CAFÉ DE LA PAIX, JC MOULIN
Café de la Paix is a café located on the Place du Général de Gaulle in Mende. It offers on-site dining, but does not offer takeaway or delivery. For running enthusiasts, Mende is also known for its legendary Marvejols-Mende race. This race was created in 1968 by Jean-Claude Moulin and his friends, and is open to all, including the unlicensed and women. Since its inception, the race has attracted numerous runners from France and abroad, and has become a symbol of the fight against conservatism in sport. The race's picturesque route through the roads of Lozère makes it a unique experience for participants.
