Hailing from the Canary Islands, Virginia de la Pena settled in Mende to pursue her "grandmotherly" business! This creative Spaniard began by making jams, to which only the fruit was entitled. But the market wasn't there! So our craftswoman started making energy truffles! Almond puree, cocoa paste, banana compote, prickly pear, ginger and cinnamon - a concentrate of vitamins with exceptional nutritional qualities!
