Theresa and Joël Gaillard offer you accommodation and cover all year round. This is the only positive point of this address. The reception is elastic, depending on the vulgaire days, racollage type on the public road. The rooms are comfortable and comfortable. The hotel has a large terrace. Subject: problems with hotel Meyrueis
Hello,
I make a point of informing you the inconvenience we lived on August 20th at the hotel
"Le Sully", run by M.et mme Gaillard.
We made the lozère remarkably designed by Cyclo Club Mendois, and we by security had reserved of its successive rooms since June; Sully, contacted by telephone, had required cheque £27 me.
I telephone in Sully my arrival day before, to ensure me booking, no received any mail of confirmation and cheque not having been deep. I should be called 2 times, so the first setting awaiting telephone for searchs for hard reservation. Madame. Gaillard does not find my name, me request the exact date of my mail booking and the amount of the blood fee.
On our arrival the next day, he found the cheque and booking, inscribed on their book in the name of Pierre Géla, instead of Girel PRIN, eccentric manuscripts version of my name and first name, however provided by typed letter.
Here we take this evening at the restaurant of the totally satisfactory meals, 4 friends, who pay leaving, while 2 le nôtre are responsible for our room.
The next morning, I find mme Gaillard sitting in front of a cluster of mails booking, it announces me: "I have a problem, I do not find your cheque, I had it in hand past in the bar". I, though the my breakfast it certainly will find it, I offer to identify the envelope with writing, which refuses: "it is lost, it is all".
Coming to serve me, it announces me that I have only a payment entire" and it "will destroy the cheque if it is". I suggest my solution to it: either I pay the amount decreased £27, or it makes my cheque me. It becomes very unpleasant, speaks through the room about complications, dishonesty my share.
I me to the bar to pay, Mr Gaillard provides me receipt of all.
