In a room with a neat and warm decoration, you will be served in selected crockery a traditional cooking, composed of the great classics of Aubrac: grilled beef, truffade and, of course, the aligot. The plate of cheeses from Aubrac is very representative. For dessert, a delicious chestnut cake. A family cuisine, made in family to delight the papillae of the greatest number. Alain and Paulette Gabrillargues love to entertain and you can feel it! Pilgrims on their way to Compostela are also welcome.
