Patricia Souchon reigns as mistress over this venerable house which has carried the reputation of Aubrac charcuterie for five generations. Elaborated according to family recipes, pâtés and terrines, bags of bones, fritons, manouls and tripous regularly have the honours of the trophies of the gourmet Lozère. The Charcuterie de l'Aubrac shop is located at the entrance to Nasbinals and has a large car park. The offer includes most of the Lozerian specialities. Special mention for this home-made charcuterie: country ham, dry sausage...

En passant par nadbinals
Nous avons fait et cru comme tout le monde a une charcuterie et viande de qualité. Oh grand désespoir après avoir goûté charcuterie trop salé pleine de grand, viande dure avec du goût peu être. Vraiment déçu de ce magasin soit disant artisanal.

Une charcuterie artisanale comme il n’en existe plus beaucoup : nous y avons fait le plein de spécialités (sac d’os, fricandeau, pâté de tête...) et tout est excellent. On reconnaît le savoir faire ancestral et on retrouve le goût des produits d’antan... nostalgie, nostalgie !
Excellent accueil par Christine qui nous a expliqué que cette charcuterie était gérée uniquement par des femmes : BRAVO !

I can include opinion of the web surfer who found the welcome deplorable because I sensitive also but according to the report that I saw this morning now Patricia is alone to manage this business. I greet the courage of this woman and its taste for traditions. I 1948, a generation which was fed quality ingredients and when you look what you sells you now it is a horror this is why I advice if I can afford me has all those who still have the opportunity to have a cold cuts in their village, it work these shops that often is stocked in local with healthy products, enjoy this cuts made by Patricia even if I do not know that I saw the report is enough for me as I familiar with the products of these craftsmen and as I will soon get has Entraygues in The or I went on holiday during 13 years of suite and I would probably not fail to pass through Nasbinals and I hope to meet Patricia, if it has given the time workload that it A.I unfortunately closed dealers touch for the moment since I did not taste yet the products or even concerning the prices, but I would not fail to do it after my passage in the shop; I wanted just react following the report of this morning.
admittedly, the products are quality, but that does not justify the welcome owner who is not rotten to say hello, and who, in with savour his job...
Also evasive to the questions, growls, in total disrespect transaction poor tourist who dares to enter this butcher's, reserved for local!
