La Ferme du Soldat is a producer located near the village of Nasbinals. They proudly raise Aubrac cows and offer their products for direct sale. You can sample their meat at the Buron de Cap Combattut or take it home with you. The animals are raised on the family farm, fed on grass and hay harvested on site. Meat is prepared and cut by artisan butchers and vacuum-packed. You'll find various 6-7 kg packages, as well as offal and butcher's cuts for retail sale. On-site, you can also discover other local products, such as Aubrac tea and homemade verrines. La Ferme du Soldat also offers relay point or home delivery in several towns in the region.
