LES GORGES DU CHASSEZAC
Led by Olivier and Valérie Dosseto, this small hotel-restaurant offers excellent regional products, carefully prepared, including the smoked trout carpaccio of Villefort Lake or the Borne salad (smoked trout, black olive, potato, tomato, chives, white cheese). The toasted magret with chestnut honey is also found on plates as well as the inescapable tripoux. The recently refurbished hotel features rooms with individual shower and toilet and is very affordable. They also have a small campground, perfectly flat and grassy, semi-shaded, for lovers of calm and green.
