A castle hosting some exhibitions and shows, with the discovery of the steep streets of the hamlet of Castanet
A granite construction flanked by four towers, it was built at the end of the 16th century. Little by little abandoned, finally transformed into a farm, it was almost swallowed up in the lake of Villefort, which serves as its setting today. A few years ago, it was ravaged by fire and became an empty shell. Restored in 2006, it now hosts a few exhibitions and shows and is open for visits during the summer or during the European Heritage Days. Don't hesitate to continue by discovering the steep streets of the hamlet of Castanet.
