Restaurant with terrace to taste an authentic and generous cuisine.

Comfortably installed inside the building, or on its terrace with a view on the surrounding countryside, you will be able to taste an authentic and generous cuisine: an aligot masterly prepared and which "rubs" largely for the greatest pleasure of the guests, a truffle - terroir obliges -, but also the terrines of the buron and the beef "De Lozère", raised very close on the farm. The desserts are also traditional: fruit tarts, coupétade with prunes and raisins or flan, all home-made.

Nous nous y sommes rendu après avoir vu une vidéo sur l’établissement
Et la ce n’est pas une publicité mensongère un très bon accueil une merveille gastronomique les produits et saveurs du terroir une vraie cuisine nous avons partagé le pounti le croustillant d’ecir l’aligot la truffade le Mijoté de bœuf et le pavé de bœuf d’Aubrac nous avons dû faire l’impasse sur le fromage tellement c’est copieux et délicieux nous avons finit par la tarte aux myrtilles une tuerie je ne regrette pas les 458 kms pour m’y rendre je recommande et j’y retournerai j’ai craqué c’est le top

Accueil déplorable, théâtre injustifié , et prix très élevé pour le résultat avec une charcuterie douteuse, l amigos est en flocon et nous avons l impression tout simplement que le service sé termine rapidement pour vite passer à la note plus que salée..à éviter dans hesiter et ne pas conseiller

Deplorable welcome from the owner and the owner. Being region, aligot of this buron is coarse and quickly doesn't go any more. Truffade without parsley with onions and very little cheese, I didn't know this recipe. Small plate and tart industrialist without taste or inedible tiramisu all for 18 € 50. An advice: take a children's menu at 9 € it is the same with grilled sausage. When leaving the owner asked us our opinion, one gave him, and he told us that you will eat next time elsewhere. One confirmed.
Buron to be avoided, there is much better in aligot and prices in the region. It is a tourist trap.

Un accueil catastrophique, par M. et Mme Bessière... Ici le client n'est pas roi,... .Niveau bouffe, en tant que aveyronnais.... Une vraie déception...
Et comme le patron nous l'a très bien dit... Si pas content la prochaine fois aller voir ailleurs.... De toute façon on comptait pas y retourner.... Aller au buron de camejane.... Là-bas l'aligot est authentique... et les patrons respectent le client.....une adresse à éviter

Welcome more than dubious... We arrive in an icy atmosphere, in a shack in the draught when the sun is up, nicely we ask to eat outside on not laid tables: " I am not alone I have 60 seats and I gathered you " ... A less cautious couple, after being seen opposing the same refusal went to sit outside... 1st table to have ordered, the last served after 2 booster shots at the entrance of my daughter 2 year old (hard at this age to book 1:30 before eating)...
Aveyron as it is far from being the best aligot than I tried but good! The meat was good (phew). Once at the dessert my mother has misfortune to hesitate between two pies, the waitress who since our arrival is not remarkable for its friendliness of the coup de grâce " good I do not have all afternoon "
