This is a very nice address on the Aubrac for a very pleasant stay. Superb renovated rooms, in a cosy atmosphere, are waiting for you ... Downstairs, a large dining room welcomes you; the panorama on the Aubrac is exceptional. The chef Laurent Pagès offers you charcuteries, traditional aligot, sausages with mushrooms, buron salad, leg of lamb from Lozère, labelled beef, calf's head with ravigote sauce... These are the musts of the Lozere region, which are good for the body and leave a lasting impression on the mind.

Very warm, professional service the waiters are friendly, and at the disposal of guests let us not talk about meal nothing to say, typical dishes, high - quality, hearty and especially homemade will make Us!
I did not have the opportunity to taste at this restaurant, so I will not allow me to note the quality of the food.
I saw myself refused the service at 13:05 on Sunday, in high season, the room was filled, we were 2, and someone nicely said that at that time there there was no service! a pity, I have included if we had arrived at 6, but to 2... without commentary!
I will inform you my opinion: I past the best evening all weekend in delights with my parents. Their welcome is really very well particularly nice super waiter: mathieu.l' aligot de there is the best than I have been eating since I know this dish, those who look for a weekend and see this restaurant, watching the critics they say it must be null but I ensure that you should not listen what casas bad critics, food, the welcome, the rooms, the decor of the dining room is wonderful and typical... to the owners: I suppose that you recognise me I came to eat you Saturday evening and my mother ordered 3 barckettes of aligot and mondays we came with friends and recognised them for you I hope that you remember me in any case it is the best restaurant region.
