This farmhouse has become a country hotel-restaurant with every comfort, including a welcoming bar, a relaxing library and a refreshing boulodrome shaded by the huge lime tree in the courtyard. The hotel's rooms are welcoming, simply decorated but very comfortable. You'll enjoy regional specialties in a truly terroir cuisine: aligot, of course, but also pig's trotters, pressed lamb, Aubrac beef... Pilgrims and hikers can also stay in a 16-bed dormitory.

Une belle maison, un accueil sympathique, le personnel est charmant et les chambres spacieuses avec une literie dans reproche. Une bonne adresse sur le chemin.

Pèlerins nous avons fait une excellente étape au gîte de L'Oustal. L'accueil, le repas, les chambres, les sanitaires, tout était parfait ???? nous avons repris des forces pour la journée de marche à venir. L'ambiance est tout de même différente de celle qu'on trouve dans les gites pour pèlerins, moins conviviale entre marcheurs mais un peu plus cosy.
