This farmhouse has become a country hotel-restaurant with every comfort, including a welcoming bar, a relaxing library and a refreshing boulodrome shaded by the huge lime tree in the courtyard. The hotel's rooms are welcoming, simply decorated but very comfortable. You'll enjoy regional specialties in a truly terroir cuisine: aligot, of course, but also pig's trotters, pressed lamb, Aubrac beef... Pilgrims and hikers can also stay in a 16-bed dormitory.

Pèlerins sur le Chemin, nous avons découvert l'Oustal de Parent faute de places au Domaine du Sauvage. Et nous n'avons pas regretté ! Magnifique bâtiment, très belles chambres bien propres. Accueil agréable. Malheureusement, le dîner en demi-pension n'était pas à la hauteur du reste. Mais le petit-déjeuner très copieux a rattrapé le coup. Nous recommandons.

Un très bon accueil et une cuisine délicieuse, une très bonne literie pour récupérer après 24km de marche et en faire de même le lendemain
