Le Pré des Maresques was created by a group of small, passionate producers, with the aim of rehabilitating the Cévennes chestnut grove. Based in the Cévennes, this initiative brings together Martin, Mariama, César and Antoine, who chose to leave the cities to settle in an area where chestnut growing is an integral part of the local heritage. What better place than here to perpetuate the Cévennes tradition they strive to preserve? Le Pré des Maresques produces quality chestnuts and birch sap.
