Christophe Lacombe and Christine Thalgott, coming from eastern France, took their brands on the high plateau of Margeride. They focus on welcoming you all year in the beautiful blonde room, and the winter near the fireplace. The objective is always the same: a good, simple and abundant market cuisine, highlighting local products and specialities from the department, Charcuterie, Charcuterie, tripoux, aligot, Aligot beef coast, salt. Le seul point positif : la gentillesse du serveur. Quant au gérant seul la CB semble le préoccuper. Quelle déception!
