Christine and Jean-Patrick, the generous hosts of this restaurant, offer a warm, authentic atmosphere. Menus change daily, and at weekends, the restaurant serves a calf's head dish that is unanimously acclaimed in the surrounding area. The entrecôte is also a favorite, as are all the meats, which are of exceptional quality. Desserts are in the same vein: classic and tasty, thanks in particular to ice creams from a local farmer.

Prix abordable, la cuisine est très bonne (les viandes sont locales de l'élevage à l'abattoir). Le service est très bien.

Nichée au sommet du col de Montmirat en Lozère a 1042 mètres d'altitude cette petite auberge vous proposera une explosion de saveurs authentique avec sa charcuterie maison, son sauté de veau fermier sa coupetade (dessert local). Menu de base à 15€ . Recommandé par le guide du routard, le petit futé cet établissement vous enchantera par son accueil, sa simplicité et surtout par l'authenticité de ses produits du terroir. Bon appétit et bonne découverte.
