AUBERGE DES LAUBIES
Restaurant serving local cuisine with many specialties in Saint-Étienne-du-Valdonnez.
Generosity and simplicity: that's what the Romain-Salles family wanted for their gîte and country inn. On this farm, where pigs and calves are raised and vegetables grown, guests are welcomed into a 70m2 gîte, whose panoramic view of the Causse and Aigoual mountains alone gives the impression of taking a deep breath of fresh air. In the restaurant, local cuisine is king. The Auberge des Laubies boasts a number of specialties, including farm-raised calf's head, ceps in season, homemade charcuterie and potatoes cooked in lard.
