Gîte d'étape with a table d'hôte in the commune of Saint-Etienne-du-Valdonnez
In the hamlet of La Fage, at an altitude of 1,200 meters, Nathalie and her husband Michael raise cows. In the restored barn, they welcome guests in a large common room with sanitary facilities on the first floor, and a 14-person dormitory on the mezzanine. They also have a table d'hôtes where they serve Lozère specialities such as herb sausage, stuffed, shoulder or leg of lamb. Ingredients are produced on the farm or by nearby neighbors. It's a warm, authentic address, just the way we like it.
