Settled in the commune of Saint-Flour-de-Mercoire, Sébastien raises Aubrac and Charolais cows. His fifteen mothers and the bull romp in the open air all year round: in the summer in the pastures, and as soon as the first attacks of the Lozère winter begin, in the woods or in a wooden building open to the outside. Sébastien feeds his animals with the vegetable productions of his farm: hay and cereals - wheat, barley, rye... And proposes in direct sale, at the farm, their meat: steaks and minced steaks, stew, roast, offal, bourguignon..
