Restaurant with pleasant terraces and generous seasonal cuisine on the Place de l'Eglise in Saint-Germain.
Alexandre and Olivier have returned from Paris to take over this address on the church square. The establishment has been well renovated, and the cuisine is simple but generous. Two terraces are available, one in the sunny front, the other in the shade. The dish of the day, sautéed veal tagliatelle, is copious. The out-of-season specialty is sauerkraut. Also on the menu are three salads... In season, traditional cuisine, including an Aubrac burger. The chef works with the village butcher's and cheese-maker's, giving priority to products sourced from within a 5 km radius.
