Having worked there for twenty years at the Manoir de Montesquiou, Isabelle and Michaël create a cuisine in harmony with the enchanting setting of the place: creative, fresh and colourful, with a few nods to tradition. The couple also excels in hospitality and service, which are nothing but praise, as they are smiling, warm and humble.
