By creating Carré Passion at the age of 50, Nathalie gave up her work as a business consultant to finally take the path of her vocation: chocolate! After training at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Patisserie, she moved to Saint-Germain-du-Teil to develop her values around a range of confectionery and chocolates as beautiful as they are gourmet. Nathalie is demanding in the choice of her raw materials and has banished from her workshop all artificial flavours and preservatives. Her chocolates - bars and squares - as well as her caramels, marshmallows and fruit jellies are on sale on the online shop.
