Behind its facade of granite blocks, this 17th century farmhouse is representative of the traditional habitat. Florence Pantel uses her produce to prepare the daily meal, which consists of a seasonal salad, pie, gratin, meat dish with potatoes, cheese and homemade dessert. One comes to taste a real local cuisine through the unique menu of this gourmet stopover, in the middle of the Cévennes National Park.

C est pas un restaurant mais une famille qui vous accueille chez elle avec le sourire et la bienveillance .
Le repas juste magnifique,saveur du terroir , circuit court et du goût avec des produits issus du jardin.
De la qualité, de la simplicité comme ont aime et de la quantité.
Ha oui j ai oublié le principal,une belle cave a vin avec des références exceptionnelles et une petite liqueur fabrication maison pour clore de festin .
Ne changez rien et je reviendrais !
