Behind its facade of granite blocks, this 17th century farmhouse is representative of the traditional habitat. Florence Pantel uses her produce to prepare the daily meal, which consists of a seasonal salad, pie, gratin, meat dish with potatoes, cheese and homemade dessert. One comes to taste a real local cuisine through the unique menu of this gourmet stopover, in the middle of the Cévennes National Park.

Beaucoup d'authenticité, on se plonge dans le passé remis au goût du jour.
L'accueil, le service, la convivialité, les plats, le décor, tout est là pour vous faire passer un agréable moment.
Seul petit bémol, le bruit quand la grande table est occupée....mais on s'en remet vite.
