ATELIER DE LUNETTERIE VINCENT DUZERT
To leave to come back better. It is a very Lozère speciality and Vincent Duzert did not cut it. Studies in Grenoble, a first professional experience in Marseille, a stint in supermarkets in Clermont-Ferrand, then the school of the Best Workers of France in the Jura... But as a good descendant of farmers from the Margeride, it was in the land of childhood, in Ancette's family home, that the young man finally settled in 2013 to make his mark. There, in his workshop surrounded by trees and nature, this eyeglass maker imagines wooden models mainly in wood: walnut, abalone, cherry, ash or birch, which he finds in a Lozerean cabinetmaker. Vincent Duzert also manufactures glasses in cellulose acetate or carbon, according to the wishes of his customers. All these ranges are in any case shaped by hand, at the end of a patient work of cutting, gluing, sanding, assembly...
