AUX CINQ ARCHES
Restaurant serving charcuterie and cheese boards with local wines, beers and syrups.
Guinguette and panorama, that's the promise of this new address high above the troglodyte village of Castelbouc, which has also taken on the mission of serving planks of charcuterie and cheese, exclusively from the nearby region. The glasses will also be filled with local wines, beers and syrups. Coline and Mathieu, originally from Bordeaux, have rolled up their sleeves for a year to bring this dizzying site back to life, and to this tourist project that marks the epilogue of their reconversion.
